Their 2023 Havana Nights fundraiser was held at Rebel Motor Company in Fort Lauderdale, a private collector garage of exotic cars that made an unusual backdrop for a live art auction. Michael Israel painted live through the night, and a black-and-white Batman piece he created went up for auction and sold on the spot.
Proceeds from the piece helped support Beaux Arts' mission of keeping art education accessible for local students — proof that a gala doesn't need a traditional ballroom to move real money for a cause; it needs a room of people who care and something worth bidding on.
