Cody Custer, world champion bull rider and owner of Cody Custer Enterprises, is the subject of a new Michael Israel original — painted in Michael’s studio, then brought to San Antonio to headline the live auction at Legacy Land Foundation’s Guardians Gala on Friday, September 25.

The piece captures Cody the way the world remembers him: on a bull, mid-ride, at the center of the action.

Michael Israel is a speed painter who has performed for U.S. Presidents and Fortune 500 companies, and previously painted a live portrait of Howie Mandel that later sold at Michael’s own charity auction.

Cody will sign the finished painting live at the gala before it goes to auction — helping Legacy Land Foundation turn donated ranch and farm land into support for veterans, trafficking survivors, and animal rescue.
